What We Saw and Heard on the Knowledge Expo Floor

We met with many teams who were working through platform complexity and preparing for AI readiness. We hosted one-on-one conversations focused on governance, prioritization, and scaling, and shared insights on how to make ServiceNow a true business platform.

One theme came through clearly: execution is now the challenge.

AI itself is not the blocker, execution is. Complexity is slowing teams down, and they need clearer prioritization and direction.

Across the booth, sessions, and customer meetings, conversations kept connecting back to Origin.

We focused on how to get more from the platform by improving adoption, governance, and operating models that can scale.

We shared how managing competing priorities is a central challenge for platform guardians. Balancing the need for speed with maintaining platform stability is an ongoing task. Additionally, aligning roadmaps across various teams is crucial for achieving cohesive progress. To help address these demands, AI agents are increasingly leveraged as practical tools to support day-to-day operations.

We explained how Asurion navigated a complex, highly customized environment to reduce technical debt, all while preserving essential functionality. This strategic move set the stage for adopting advanced AI capabilities and serves as a prime example of the kind of challenge Origin is built to address.
