### Content

#### Title
Content Item title.

#### Image
Upload up to 1 image file. Note: Supported files include .png, .jpg, or .svg.

#### HTML
Input text, images, tables, embed code blocks and write out HTML markup language. Tip: Click the blue [+] button to see all the features available in this field.

### Link

#### Type
Enables the appropriate configuration options for redirecting users when the Content Item is clicked.

- Page
- URL
- Catalog Category
- Catalog Item
- KB Article
- KB Category

#### Page
If the link type is Page, choose the page in which you would like to redirect your users.

#### URL
If the link type is URL, enter the url of the page you would like to link to.

#### URL Target
If the link type is URL, this field indicates the behavior of the link when it is clicked on. Note: Enter _blank for the link to be opened in a new tab. Leaving the field empty will open the link in the same tab.

#### Catalog category
If the link type is Catalog Category, choose the catalog category to which you would like to redirect your users.

#### Catalog item
If the link type is Catalog Item, choose the catalog item to which you would like to redirect your users.

#### KB article
If the link type is KB Article, choose the knowledge base article to which you would like to redirect your users.

#### KB category
If the link type is KB category, choose the knowledge base category to which you would like to redirect your users.

### Settings

#### Valid from
Date and time Content Item will begin to be visible.

#### Valid to
Date and time Content Item will no longer be visible. Tip: Create workflows based on this field to stay ahead of content validity.

#### Audience
Users who will have visibility of Content Item. Note: The options in this field are based on the User Criteria records in your ServiceNow instance.

#### Order
Sequence in which content items will be displayed. Note: It is recommended to use increments of 100. When multiple content items are listed, those with a lower order value are displayed first.
