Stuff came to us for a simple, yet intuitive user-focused intranet to help encourage internal communication and outreach.


Stuff is a New Zealand news website published by Stuff Limited. Stuff hosts the country's second and third highest circulation of daily newspapers, and also serves as a web portal to other news related websites.

The Challenge

Stuff needed a user-focused intranet to provide relevant information for multiple departments in a single dashboard. The intranet needed to reflect Stuff branding as well as increase internal engagement and communication by providing news and events based on each department.

The Solution

We created a single dashboard that features a carousel of relevant videos, news, and events for Stuff employees based on their department. We also re-organized their internal catalog structure so users could quickly navigate the portal and utilize the “Popular Resources” and “Favourites” sections to search and review relevant information.
