Overview

The University of Cincinnati is the second largest university in Ohio and one of the 50 largest universities in the United States.

The Challenge

UC needed to facilitate a Service Portal experience that would cater its diverse content to a wide range of faculty, staff and students, each with their own specific needs. Each user group had their own unique pain-points and requirements and would require a service portal that was flexible but also simple.

The Solution

We implemented a sleek new portal that features a rich, engaging design along with some unique customizations. The use of simple icons and department-based filtering creates an easy to use system for ordering and reading articles across the different user groups. The portal has been well received by both the students and administrators.
