The Challenge

Our Client's asset visibility and asset management were restricted to spreadsheets and email communication in a desperate and disjointed manner which was not scaled to meet the business' vision for effectively managing their hardware and software assets in a cost-effective manner at a global level.

Managed 10 scenarios for getting and using hardware and software assets, including integration with the ERP system.
Set up processes for moving assets between locations, including Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
Created workflows for asset repair, replacement, and auditing at various locations.
Developed a user-friendly process for users to verify and report assets using a mobile app.
Implemented a procedure for handling stolen assets.
Established a workflow for asset disposal, involving different teams.
Created a system for users to request, loan, or return assets.
Managed asset returns during employee exits by integrating with an exit management tool.
